Mermaid Barbie Birthday Cake!

Katie Walsh is my good friend and just happens to be an amazing baker! I casually mentioned almost a year ago that it would be awesome to receive a mermaid birthday cake, and man did she deliver!

It’s basically the most beautiful cake I have ever received!

I wanted to take a million more just like this next one, but I thought it would be a little creepy… I guess it’s the portrait photographer in me!

Look at that beautiful detail!

I feel like she’s saying, “Yay, I’m in a cake!” 🙂
